Marin Scarlett

Marin is a writer, photographer and activist.

She splits her time between London and Brussels, working with the regional network European Sex Workers Rights Alliance and violence prevention charity National Ugly Mugs. She has published articles, presented at conferences and appeared on podcasts to advocate for the decriminalisation of sex work and an end to survival labour. She is also a consultant on a project exploring alternative payment options for sex workers in the face of financial discrimination.

Away from her desk, Marin is also a cat lover, distance runner and burgeoning houseplant enthusiast.
